SURVEY – In the midst of a recovery, management and strategy consulting firms are lacking employees. Consultants, tired and highly courted, are leaving the sector earlier and earlier.


Never had activity been so sustained in strategy and management consulting firms.

In less than a year, the sector has already managed to erase the stigma of the start of the pandemic.

"In 2021, the French market regained +12% after the decline in 2020. Today, it is even above its pre-crisis level"

, notes Matthieu Courtecuisse, president of the firm Sia Partners and Syntec. Conseil, the organization that represents consulting professionals in France.
