The Health Insurance site has been accumulating computer problems since last night.
According to the DownDetector site, the first reports began around 5 p.m. Wednesday and peaked at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
For users, unable to log into their accounts.

We are currently experiencing disruptions at our sites.
Our technical experts are mobilized to restore service as quickly as possible.

In a tweet, the Health Insurance teams mentioned that the problem was solved and that the platform was available again.
If it is now possible to connect to their account, users cannot request their work stoppage.
When validating the sending of the form, the following message is displayed: "

".

I spent 45 minutes waiting on the phone to be told to try again tomorrow

She adds that the teams told her that “

These incidents also have consequences for professionals.
Doctors no longer have the possibility of invoicing their clients for teleconsultation, nor of issuing work stoppages.
They are therefore forced to fill out the care sheets directly on paper.
The health insurance teams have not yet shared more details about this outage.
