Patrick Bruel flies to the rescue of Moma's restaurants

Their marriage will not have survived the Covid pandemic.

After being a co-shareholder of Moma for six years alongside its founding boss, Barrière is selling his 48.6% stake.

On this occasion, Benjamin Patou strengthened control of the group he created in 1997, now made up of around thirty restaurants and event halls (Lapérouse, Noto, Mimosa, Manko, La Fontaine Gaillon, Bus Palladium, etc.).

The entrepreneur has teamed up with three investors: Patrick Bruel, Éric Sitruk (administrator of Moma) and Jean-David Sarfati (DG catering of the group), who between them have acquired 30% of Moma.

Benjamin Patou now owns 70% via his family holding company.
