The Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi Motors alliance announced that it will invest 23 billion euros in electric vehicles in the next five years.
The alliance said in a statement carried by Agence France-Presse that it will launch 35 models of these cars by 2030.
The alliance agreed to enhance the use of common platforms between the three companies to include eighty percent of their total models in 2026, compared to 60 percent now.
