Eunice storm: trains canceled in Hauts-de-France and Normandy

"Traffic will be interrupted from 12:00 p.m. on all TER lines in the Nord, Pas-de-Calais and Somme regions", with the exception of lines linking Paris to Amiens, St-Quentin, Laon and Beauvais, learned AFP Thursday evening with the SNCF.


The passage of storm Eunice will cause severe disruption on regional rail lines.

Five departments have been placed on “wind orange alert” by La Chaîne Météo*: Manche, Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Seine-Maritime and Somme.

Strong gusts of wind are therefore expected on the French coast and could cause disruption on the railway lines in Hauts-de-France and Normandy.
