Today, companies in the sector are looking for between 40,000 and 50,000 truck drivers.

Some are of a salary nature, such as an increase in the conventional branch minima of 6%, in two stages.
Others are broader, with in particular two days of leave for hospitalized sick children, a reduction in waiting days in the event of hospitalization or a framework agreement for employee savings.
