The US Energy Information Administration announced today that the US Strategic Crude Oil Reserve has reached its lowest level since 2002.

According to Reuters, reserves fell by 2.4 million barrels last week to 580 million barrels.

At the crude delivery and storage center in Cushing, Oklahoma, stocks fell by 972,000 barrels last week to 22.8 million barrels, the lowest level since September 2018.
