Failing to carry out the mega-projects of the Gare du Nord and Europa City, Nhood is getting down to new projects.
The mixed real estate operator, owned by the Mulliez family association (Auchan, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Boulanger, etc.), plans to devote 1.8 billion euros by 2026 to restructuring the real estate assets of companies in the the Mulliez Family Association (AFM), as well as the realization of new projects.
Despite its experience, Nhood is a recent player: it was born a little over a year ago from the Mulliez family's desire to split the 7 billion euros in real estate assets held by the property company Ceetrus and the management of these assets.
"In December 2019, the AFM entrusted me with this project to develop our role as owner, a necessary good, into a real profession at the service of brands, residents and territories",
