European stocks fell again at the opening on Monday, facing the economic consequences of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, including a surge in oil prices which could accentuate already high inflation.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange dropped 3.67%, Paris 2.88%, Milan 2.45% and the London market, which has been more resilient since the start of this crisis, lost 1.05% in the first exchanges.
