Location

: Three floors in a building on Rothschild Boulevard that has completely renovated Atara for 165 of its employees in Israel (another twenty are in Romania).

Next to the elevators at the main entrance stands a white dog-like statue, and corona examiners greet those entering.

The floor is light, most of the furniture is made of wood and there are gray sofas that you can throw on to chill out when you want some rest from work, or go out on the balcony to breathe air.

The Spice mode dominates most of the area, but there are also quite a few meeting rooms of different sizes and all have a common denominator - the view from the windows, and surrounds the space on all sides.

Dark interior stairs connect the floors.

The gym is equipped with two treadmills, spinning bikes, exercise machines, TRX and free weights and the showers are reminiscent of a cozy spa in a hotel with kits of toiletries.

Those who come with an electric bike or scooter can park them on the eighth floor, where there is also a ping pong table and table football.

Coffee break

: Each floor has its own kitchenette, and the main kitchen, with wood-colored cabinets and gray marble, adjacent to a large hall, with tables of all sizes and benches attached along the huge windows.

There is also a projector and large speakers for company events.

The ceiling is bare and between the pipes hang flower pots to throw some green inside.

Under the coffee machine with the capsules there is a stimulant with spices, soy, nutella, tahini, ketchup, mayonnaise, peanut butter, olive oil, vitaminchek and vinegar for the salad.

There are also teas in several flavors, cinnamon sticks to add flavor, granulated coffee of two types.

There are also some microwave, toasters and a ninja device for smoothies.

Those who want to make hard-boiled eggs do not have to boil them in a pot, but can use a device without which the Matra Haim guys do not have one, which makes excellent hard-boiled houses in ten minutes.

On the island there is a basket of fruits, vegetables, and a large basket with halva, kit kit, time out, fun spoon, folded, twist and slave cookies.

There is also individually packaged granola, wild berries and lotus.

In the refrigerators you can find milk of every kind imaginable, soda in commercial quantities, cola and zero,, pro yogurts, with fruit and parts, packaging of cheese for toasts, breads, cream cheeses with toppings, vegan cheeses, cottage creeps here in a frenzy and of course - eggs in quantity Of a coop, for the hard-boiled eggs.

When she finished her degree she resigned and flew east with her hitchhiker partner and when they returned after four and a half months, they were greeted by Corona.

She started looking for a job and came for an interview at Atra for the position of client manager.

In New York I would have lunch at the computer that needed to work.

Here, and especially in Batra, there is a long table with ‘family time’ and everyone sits down to eat together, come up with ideas and get to know each other better.

"Leumi offered me to continue working with them in Israel and I wanted to join high tech, because friends said the field was on the rise. I managed clients for a year at a company that did not aspire to grow. I wanted to develop, and my former manager sent my resume to Athra "When I reflected on the management that I wanted a managerial position, I was appointed, when possible, to be a team leader with six people under me. Two months ago, I was asked to set up a sales team."

"I wanted to combine realism and creativity," Maya explains, "and in computer science I found it. Towards the end of my studies I started working at Max as a software developer. I was there for two and a half years looking for a new challenge in a small, small family company. Through the screen I felt the spirit of the company and its values. : For everyone who enters the company, a "buddy" is attached, accompanied, not by the staff but by the company, which tightens the social ties.

Where to work

: Basically three days in the office and two days at home, but because of the omicron and the new variant, those who feel more comfortable can only work remotely.

There are those like Isaac who show up every day.

Salary

: Maya says that the salary is competitive, "there are options, bonuses for a member brings a friend that can even reach NIS 15,000."

Isaac: "During our growth period we raised the reward on a friend brings a friend and we did work with the team on LinkedIn to make sure we bring in the best people. : "There is a lot of room for employee promotion and a lot of opportunities open up and there are also annual raises."

What next

: Isaac announces that he is not leaving Atra any time soon because, as mentioned, he is just setting up a new team and also because in two years he has already managed to move through two roles so he has more room to grow.

Maya signs every word and adds the technological challenge and the amazing people and Jasmine just wants to give herself the opportunity to grow here.

No plans to leave anytime soon.
