On the one hand, classic apartments, with no exterior, on the 2nd floor, whose prices have fallen slightly and are trading at around 9,000 to 10,000 €/m².
On the other hand, properties with a terrace, garden or long balcony start at 12,000 €/m², or even between 15,000 and 16,000 €/m² for the most prestigious properties”,
