The Regional Health Agency imposes changes to the Ehpad at the center of the book Les Fossoyeurs

", she assured in a press release. where she recalls that Île-de-France has 707 nursing homes, 19% of which are public, 33% private non-profit and 48% private for-profit.

The Ehpad of the Orpea group on the "

Bords de Seine

" in Neuilly-sur-Seine, in the Hauts-de-Seine, intended for elderly people suffering in particular from Alzheimer's, is one of the four establishments that have been the subject of a "

final decision

" following these checks.

Its management has been ordered to reorganize its day and night shifts within three months.

The ARS also asks him to "

secure the organization of the drug circuit

" within a month, to "

carry out an assessment of the risks of malnutrition

" and to "

put in place enriched meals

" in a period of one month, or to "

update the agreements of

to ensure traceability in resident files

The ARS also recommends improving the working conditions of agents and waste management.

These directives are based on the observation of malfunctions.

Thus, the report notes that the understaffing "

is likely to affect the quality and safety of the care of residents

", with in particular an increased use of contractors.

He also notes that the rights of users "

are not all respected

" and that "

some of the services offered (...) do not exist (...), such as balneotherapy

".
