Osher Sheetrit, an electrical practical engineer and a graduate of the ORT Braude College of Technology in Carmiel, currently works for a successful high-tech company.

"I decided to study for a practical training degree because I knew it was an essential profession," he says.

The beginning of Sharon, who studied for a practical engineering degree in electronics at ORT Rehovot, was not easy.

"I remember at the beginning of school I was in shock. We were hundreds of guys, and you could count the number of women on one hand. I was in the market, both from the fact that there were almost no other girls and from the profession, which was very masculine. It just happened. It was hallucinatory and amazing at the same time and I very quickly enjoyed every moment. For me the staff are like my friends; they sat with us, explained with great patience and accompanied us to the end, even if it means staying beyond school hours. "The beginning was difficult but in the end I finished with an average of 98," Sharon recalls.

"

David, another graduate of the network, chose to study in a slightly different track.
