The Leetchi online kitty and Mangopay, the provider of payment solutions to e-commerce sites, are changing hands.
The two start-ups, put up for sale several months ago by Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, have been bought by the American investment fund Advent.
The sale price has not been disclosed.
The mutual bank based near Brest, however, remains a minority shareholder in these young financial shoots (or fintechs) and retains a place on the board of directors.

Especially since the bank announced on Monday the sale of Budget Insight, which allows financial and fintech institutions to aggregate banking data, to the American investment fund PSG.
