The construction industry is struggling to hire.
In order to make its professions better known, the NGE group (15,000 employees) had an original idea: it took up its pen to write to 1,500 teachers and heads of establishments from 431 vocational high schools, CFA (training center for apprentices) and engineering schools, so that they educate their students.
