" from 2023, once the merger with Crédit du Nord is effective.

This “
new national SG brand
” will be associated with ten regional brands: SG Crédit du Nord, SG Grand Est, SG Laydernier, SG Auvergne Rhône Alpes, SG SMC, SG Courtois, SG Sud Ouest, SG Tarneaud, SG Grand Ouest, and SG Société Générale in Ile-de-France and Corsica.

The merger of the Societe Generale and Crédit du Nord networks should take place on January 1, 2023 and will lead, by 2025, to 3,700 job cuts.
