Thrift stores reinvigorated by the rise of the second hand

The group that owns the Kilo Shop and Hippy Market brands wants to double its store base within three years.


The rise of the second hand is not limited to the Vinted phenomenon.

It also breathes new life into old thrift stores, which have now been modernized.

This is the case for Kilo Shop, Hippy Market, Culture Vintage, Kiliwatch Paris and Kiliwatch-Collect.or, the five brands of the DB Invest family business.

After a slump in the 2000s, the activity of these shops started again.
