This year again, Bpifrance is setting out to meet the French people with its Big Tour, to "
unleash creative energies
" and inspire the desire to undertake.
After a first stop in Strasbourg on March 5, the public investment bank has already stopped in Bordeaux, Toulouse and Montpellier.
Next stages: Tourcoing and Berck-sur-Plage in May, but also Lyon, Grenoble, Ajaccio, Perros-Guirec, as far as Poissy by the end of September.
A watchword: "dare"
Because carrying out a project, initiating new uses, new models, but also creating jobs and value, means building the future.
Simply building, as the best response to those who are bent on destroying... "Hence the importance of women fully taking their place in this movement, which is fighting for tomorrow", emphasizes Barbara Papasian, director of the Big Tour tour.
This is the objective of this third tour: to place women at the heart of the system, to fully give them the energy to get started.
“We are not going to lie to each other, continues Barbara Papasian: despite the progress of equality between men and women, the latter still and always have the feeling of having to choose between career and children.
This is both what attracts them to business creation,
to be more in control of their schedules, but also what dissuades them from taking the plunge.
When you are a woman, and you want to create a business, you most often forbid yourself to succeed.
We tell ourselves that we will not make it.
While we dare so many other things!
With the Big Tour, we want to say to women: you have the right to achieve your dreams.
Put at your service the energy and audacity that you deploy for others.
you have the right to achieve your dreams.
Put at your service the energy and audacity that you deploy for others.
you have the right to achieve your dreams.
Put at your service the energy and audacity that you deploy for others.
A conviction widely supported and shared by Nicolas Dufourcq, president of BpiFrance, who wants projects carried out by women to eventually represent 50% of the investments of the public structure.
"The objective being to follow the government's bet, underlines Barbara Papasian: doubling the number of companies by 2030 cannot be done without betting on women".

Hence, this year, new features to give everyone effective tools: within the "innovation village", a job space, coupled with a creation space to better understand how to build a business, with the help of all the support networks.
The "Vive ta ville" program on YouTube will also focus on female entrepreneurship and role models.
“Whether you're a small structure or a big start-up, the idea is to be able to come and get information, take a good dose of inspiration, meet other entrepreneurs and discuss, concludes Barbara Papasian.
We defend the idea of doing business together, in the service of better living together.”
