Major maneuvers are accelerating among dental technicians.
The Spanish Corus, leader in Spain, France and Portugal, merges with the Dutch Signadens, present in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Together, they create a European champion who weighs 100 million euros in turnover, at the head of 49 laboratories and more than 1200 employees.
They will sell their crowns, inlays and other bridges to more than 9000 dental offices.
By the end of the year, they want to increase their revenues to 150 million euros, notably via acquisitions in new markets (Germany, Italy, etc.).
"
We want to be at the forefront of market transformation in the years to come by integrating state-of-the-art laboratories and capitalizing on the group's capacity for innovation.
“, rejoices Jeroen Van Asten, co-CEO of the new group, called Corus.
