The famous Michelin guide awarded four new restaurants in the American capital on Wednesday, May 4, illustrating the dynamism of the American capital's gastronomic scene, where only one establishment shines in the firmament.

In the prestigious three-star category, the "Inn at Little Washington", by American chef Patrick O'Connell, remains alone at the top.
This restaurant, located in the countryside of the state of Virginia, just over an hour from the federal capital, offers haute cuisine made with locally harvested products and prepared according to European influences.
For the two stars are confirmed "Minibar" of the very media chef José Andrés, "Pineapple and Pearls", where Aaron Silverman officiates and "Jônt" whose brigade is directed by Ryan Ratino.
The four new entrants are each rewarded with a star.
