The Secretary-General of (OPEC Plus), Muhammad Barkindo, said that the world does not have the ability to replace Russian oil.
And TASS news agency quoted Barkindo as saying during a meeting of the joint technical committee of (OPEC Plus) that "Russia's exports of oil and its derivatives, which exceed 7 million barrels per day, cannot be compensated from anywhere else."
It is noteworthy that OPEC informed the European Union early last month that the current and future sanctions against Russia may create one of the worst oil supply shocks ever, and that it will be impossible to replace the possible lost quantities in Russian oil supplies.
