Binance, the platform that dominates the cryptocurrency exchange market, is nesting in France.
The Financial Markets Authority (AMF) gave him Wednesday the right to operate in France.
His new sesame in his pocket, the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, immediately announced that he wanted to make France the headquarters of the company in Europe.
A news appreciated by the French government, which welcomes it with open arms.
“Binance's choice to make France its European headquarters is a very strong signal of the French Tech dynamic.
Investments, support for innovation, talents, appropriate regulations… In cryptos as in all of tech, France wants to be a leader”,

Concretely, the company will invest the sum of 100 million dollars, as it mentioned in an interview with
Figaro
in November.
It also plans to hire 250 engineers and qualified personnel.
