Unsurprisingly, the Council of State rejected, this Friday, the unions and the small shareholders of EDF.
They demanded the rapid suspension of a decree and a government decree of March which oblige the public company to sell at low prices an additional part of its electricity production to its competitors.
This is one of the parades found by the government to block electricity prices which otherwise would have soared.
Filed in summary proceedings, in particular by the CGT, the CFE-CGC, FO and the CFDT, this appeal was to put an end to the "spoliation of EDF" which, according to the public company, should cost it more than 10 billion euros. .
