It does not smell good for the taxpayers!
Already threatened by a record increase in property tax and overwhelmed by inflation which could reach 5.4% over one year in June, they are now seeing the rise in the household waste collection tax (TEOM) looming.
The note, which will be presented to you on the notice of property tax that you will receive at the end of the summer, should increase by more than 5% in 77% of the communities according to a study by the National Association of Communities, associations and companies for the management of heat, energy and waste networks (Amorce), carried out with 56 large cities or communities of municipalities and revealed by our colleagues from RMC.
