The promoter Sunac, one of the major players in real estate in China, announced Thursday, May 11 a default on an interest repayment, in a context of crisis in the sector fueled by the setbacks of the giant Evergrande.

Sunac, which owed some 28 million euros, had
"not repaid"
the sum at the end of a grace period, the group said in a statement on Thursday.
