Here, it's a butler who has “given up everything” to become foreman in a wood factory;

there, a waitress who has trained in applying false eyelashes;

a group of young waiters from the South have gone back to the Coast, to “work in real estate”;

a restaurant employee sells paint in a DIY store;

yet another, employed in a chic Parisian brasserie, has become a crane operator to see his family in the evening;

and then there are those who have become a sports teacher, security guard, sales representative, order picker, human resources manager...
