An approach in partnership with sustainable city stakeholders
Idealys wants to associate the public and the private sector around innovative technologies, committed to the path of sustainable development for a greater mobilization of residents:
"The RSH is the way for us to directly instil the CSR policy of our customers in the new stock in accession, by a direct endowment fund of our promoter and asset customers", affirms Michaël Lalande, managing director of Idealys.
He adds: “We also wanted to associate our approach with the existing fleet in energy criticality and/or in financial distress, through a solidarity endowment fund set up by Idealys and various sponsors.
We are also focused on the social housing stock, through the implementation of participatory budgets determined by our partner social landlords.
The goal being to allow, by the endowment, the installation and the installation or the replacement of equipment with energy value in the residences, as well as other large-scale actions for the protection of the environment,
A strategic partnership between ACM Habitat and Idealys
As such, ACM Habitat has chosen to be the first French social landlord to implement this RSH approach by testing it on 2,000 housing units.
Cédric GRAIL, Managing Director of ACM Habitat, explains: “It has now become essential to connect our residences to manage them better, to save money for the office and its tenants and to provide new services.
We didn't decide to connect 25,000 homes all at once, simply because we need to determine which services are really useful for tenants.
We must therefore experiment: this is why we have entered into a partnership with Idealys.
