The Syrian Investment Authority granted an investment license for the Alternative Energies Laboratory project in the Ashrafieh Sahnaya area in Damascus countryside at an investment cost of 20.383 billion Syrian pounds and an annual production capacity of 4,000 reports.
In a statement to SANA reporter, Madin Diab, director of the Syrian Investment Authority, indicated that the project is expected to provide 105 job opportunities, pointing to the importance of the laboratory in creating technical and scientific readiness to test all alternative energy products such as solar panels, batteries, and aerators in order to determine their quality and their conformity with international standards and standards, and prevent The spread of inferior products and the reduction of tampering with product specifications.
It is noteworthy that the number of projects granted an investment license according to Investment Law No. 18, which was issued in May last year, has so far reached 28 projects and provides about 2,228 job opportunities in a number of governorates.
