The Partner Communications Group publishes the findings of the Gender Wage
Gaps Report, in accordance with the Equal Pay for Men and Women Workers Law.
Did they know how to reward companies that pursue an equal wage policy, or would they always just look for the price line for the consumer?
In any case, at least for Partner, there seems to be nothing to hide: A third of the groups have a positive pay gap in favor of women, with the highest standing at 11%.
The highest wage gap for men is 8%, while in most groups the gap is 4% and below.
Salary differences are due in most cases to seniority, overtime, shifts, compensation for business performance, previous experience and more.
Beyond the equality that Partner adheres to in pay, the ratio of men to women in Partner is equal (50% -50%), and in the same way the senior management level of the company is equally staffed between women and men.
