A new chapter is opening at Europcar.

After announcing Wednesday to hold 87.38% of the rental company, its new owner, the Green Mobility Holding consortium, led by the Volkswagen group, is invited to the supervisory board.

Five members of Green Mobility Holding are entering it, including Holger Peters, head of the transformation of the Volkswagen group, who should occupy the presidency of the supervisory body.
