The Russian ruble continued to rise against the American and European currencies, and the dollar was trading today below 53 rubles, while the euro was traded at 55 rubles for the first time in about 7 years.
Russia Today reported that the dollar's exchange rate fell against the ruble on the Moscow Stock Exchange by 1.52 percent to the level of 52.95 rubles, while the euro exchange rate fell by 1.92 percent to 55.18 rubles.
