According to the 2021 report of the Observatory of payment delays, which

obtained, delays averaged 12.4 days in the fourth quarter of 2021. Despite galloping inflation, the repercussions of the war in Ukraine, and the rise in commodity prices,

'the level of delay has been decreasing for six months.

The delays are even much higher than the level recorded in 2017, when payment terms were on average 10.6 days.
