via the Cnes (National Center for Space Studies) in 2020, the French start-up, which designs the Zéphyr mini-rocket, receives the support of a pool of investors, which brings 10 million euros.
Among them, Bpifrance, the Expansion space fund created by Charles Beigbeder, the boss of the management company Audacia, and François Chopard, the founder of the Starburst accelerator, as well as the venture capital funds of Crédit Mutuel and UI Investissement. and several manufacturers (ADF group, Comat and Nicomatic).
“This money will be invested to finance the ground tests of our rocket engine, the Navier, on a test bench made available by Ariane Group by the end of the year, as well as the systems, structures and software for our Zéphyr microlauncher, ground operations and commercial development”
