Dead Sea Doom (PR)

Between the sea and the desert and for the first time in the Dead Sea, the DOME EXPO DEADSEA complex will be opened again this year - a spacious event and conference complex located inside a huge dom dome that extends over half an acre, and rises to a height of 20 m in the air.

The new complex will be opened with an investment of about NIS 120 million and according to the developers, it will revolutionize the mix of guests in the Ein Bokek area and create a perfect connection between breathtaking natural landscapes and a quality hospitality experience.

The complex will host festivals and performances by the best artists in Israel and around the world, social events, parties and more - and a steady spotlight on the many shades of the world of events and culture in Israel.

The idea for the construction of the complex was born during the Corona period.

Entrepreneur and landowner Motti Green, owner of Barclays Entrepreneurship, realized that a change of atmosphere was needed in the area and in collaboration with the Flying Carpet Company, the solution came immediately: establishing a new Dead Sea Riviera that will be a cultural center with luxury hotels, events, restaurants, private beaches And more.

Thus was born the DOME, as its name implies, a dome that uses air pressure flowed by giant compressors and rises to a height of 20 m in air without pillars.

The dome serves as an event complex spread over half an acre and will hold up to about 5,000 people standing.

The dome is large and sophisticated and ultimately serves the purpose of the project - to breathe life into the area and turn the potential inherent in the Ein Bokek area into a significant cultural point.

For, this area was reserved for many years for the therapeutic field and for an adult target audience.

Through cultural events, music, the opening of an adjacent catering complex, bars and the attraction of large organizations from Israel and the world to the area, the pastime at the Dead Sea will change and take on a younger, more varied and vibrant tone.

The complex has created an accurate, innovative and technological solution for tourism companies, event and conference producers, companies in the economy and more who seek to create an amazing and unforgettable experience for their guests, along with the clear contribution of changing and upgrading the Dead Sea vacation mix.

The design was entrusted to the architect Matan Zangi, one of the top architects in the world, who had one goal in front of his eyes and that was to fully merge the complex with the desert and make it an integral part of the desert landscape.

The complex is built with futuristic and innovative technology with an investment of over NIS 10 million and includes - 24 huge projectors aimed upwards at 360 degrees to the elliptical dome, which will be a world-class attraction in the field of radiation and pyrotechnics.

The complex has one of the most advanced sound and lighting systems in the world, indoor and outdoor space on the seafront and new air conditioning technology in collaboration with Samsung, which will allow for summer festivals, winter social events, sunrise performances and in short - the sky is the limit.

The space allows maximum flexibility in organizing events of any kind, is prepared to hold several events in parallel and is located a few minutes from the familiar hotel area.
