Beitan wines first



Electra does not hide its intentions - both for the immediate term and for the future, according to a statement issued by the company: "We would like to inform you that the closing transaction of the joint online retail venture of Quick Company and the Electra Group (Carrefour, Beitan Wines, Mega in the

City, Mehdrin Market) has been completed.

The agreement, according to Electra's announcement, the first phase of the partnership will focus on the joint online activity of Kwik and Beitan Wines Group in the field of food and FMCG products and now the parties are working to carry out all the necessary actions to implement the deal and the agreed system between the parties."



The most interesting sentence in the announcement is saved for the end: "We note that the main goal of the project is to bring about a significant change in the competition map in online retailing in Israel, which first and foremost serves the consumer's benefit, and it is expected to expand in the future to additional and diverse areas."
