It is located at the top of Givat Kozlovski in Givatayim (the highest hill in Gush Dan, which rises to a height of 87 meters) between the Mitzvah Observatory and Mitzpoor Shalom, and overlooks the urban landscape of the Tel Aviv metropolis.

A 3-room apartment was sold in an area project by Zarfati Zvi and Sons on Kaplan Street in Yishuv.
