The Moscow Stock Exchange index recorded an increase in today's trading.
According to Russia Today, the dollar-denominated stock index "RTS" rose 0.19 percent to 1266.70 points, while the ruble-denominated stock index "MISEX" rose 0.60 percent to 2440.56.
In addition, starting today, changes will be made to the work of the Moscow Stock Exchange, as the transactions of the evening session and the morning session of the currency markets will be resumed.
According to the Russia Today website, the stock exchange will resume trading as of today for non-resident clients from friendly countries as well as non-residents of Russia in order to be subject to the management of Russian legal entities or individuals to conduct transactions in the Russian stock market.
Also, starting from today, the initial list of strategic companies will be expanded from 8 to 53 companies, but non-residents from unfriendly countries will not be able to conduct related transactions with these companies on the stock exchange.
