The Russian government announced a plan to allocate about 100 billion rubles to improve the stability of the national economy, including 15 billion rubles for expanding the production of MS-21 aircraft and another 25 billion rubles to support the air traffic management system.

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during a meeting with his deputies today, according to RIA Novosti: "The government continues to take decisions to support companies and our citizens in the face of external restrictions... At a meeting of the Presidium of the State Committee on Stabilizing the Economy, we discussed in detail the areas that need more attention and we will allocate 100 billion rubles for these purposes.”

After Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, Western countries imposed sanctions on various companies and economic sectors that the Russian government faced with the support of national companies affected by the sanctions, and announced a set of measures to maintain financial and economic stability in the country.
