Purchasing power: back-to-school bonus, energy check, fuel aid... what boosts are you entitled to?

If most of the measures voted in the purchasing power package this summer have already been applied, others are still pending. Without counting

A breath of fresh air for the most modest homes suffocated by inflation.

This Thursday, recipients of social minima receive exceptional back-to-school aid of 100 euros, to which are added 50 euros per dependent child.

The French who receive the activity bonus, also eligible for this device, will have to wait until mid-November to take advantage of it.

They will then receive 29 euros and 14 euros per child.

This boost had been decided this summer and voted in the purchasing power package.

In all, 44 billion euros (including the 10 billion that the renationalization of EDF costs) were released urgently after the re-election of Emmanuel Macron to support the French in the face of the vertiginous rise in prices.

Revaluation of 4% of the RSA or the activity bonus, increase of 3.5% in housing aid, revaluation of the index point for civil servants and pensions from the general pension system, etc.

To find your way around, we have listed all the aid to which you may be entitled in the weeks and months to come, depending on your income, your family or professional situation.

Most of the measures have already been implemented.

But some are still pending, such as the abolition of the TV license fee.

If monthly taxpayers have already started to be reimbursed, those who continue to pay the housing tax this year and who are also monthly paid, must, for example, wait until next month.

An energy check for 12 million households

Other measures will also evolve, such as the fuel discount.

From November, the boost at the pump will drop from 30 to 10 cents per litre.

Finally, faced with soaring energy prices, the government has just announced a new system to enable households to get through the winter.

While next year's tariff shield provides for an increase in gas and electricity prices limited to 15%, an energy check of 100 to 200 euros will be paid before the end of the year to 12 million households.

Aid of a similar amount will also be sent to half of the families who heat with fuel oil.
