Marie-Luce Godinot now assumes the function of deputy general manager in charge of innovation, sustainable development and information systems at Bouygues, after more than twenty years in the group.

The polytechnician previously held similar positions in the Bouygues Construction subsidiary.

Marc-Olivier Laurent, Rothschild & Co

The Rothschild & Co bank welcomes for the first time in its history a non-family Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Marc-Olivier Laurent, until then vice-president, succeeds David de Rothschild, who becomes honorary president.

The latter salutes “such a talented and loyal person”.

The former HEC had entered the company in 1993 as managing partner.

A graduate of the IEP in Paris and former student of the ENA, Alexis Zajdenweber succeeds Marin Vial as head of the State Participation Agency.
