Gold prices in the local market rose by 3 thousand pounds from the price they settled on since the seventeenth of this month.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craft Society for Crafting and Jewelery Making in Damascus today, a gram of 21 carat gold recorded a selling price of 215 thousand Syrian pounds and a purchase price of 214,500 pounds, while a gram of 18 karat selling price reached 184286 pounds and a purchase of 183786 pounds.
The price of a gram of gold in the local market was recorded on the seventeenth of this September, the 21 carat selling price is 212 thousand Syrian pounds and the purchase price is 211,500 pounds, while the 18 carat gram the selling price is 181714 pounds and the purchase price is 181214 pounds.
