The branch of the Syrian Grain Corporation in Al-Hasakah set on Sunday and Thursday of each week a date for receiving wheat from farmers and producers who were unable to market their crop during the last period.
And the director of the branch of the Syrian Foundation for Trade in Grain, Abdullah Abdullah, said in a statement to SANA reporter that setting days for receiving and marketing comes within the framework of the institution’s keenness to receive farmers’ production and to make room for those who were unable to market their crop and deliver it during the last period to the approved centers for marketing, pointing out that the marketing will be To the livestock center on Sunday and to the Tawarij center on Thursday.
The quantities marketed to livestock centers, Tawarij and Jarjem during the current season amounted to 17,192 tons.
