As part of the finance bill (PLF) which will be presented to the Council of Ministers on Monday, a section will focus on the energy renovation of housing and buildings.
MaPrimRénov's annual budget should in particular be revised upwards, from 2 billion euros to 2.6 billion euros in 2023. However, it is not an increase of 600 million euros that comes from be decided by the executive.
An increase of 400 million had indeed been voted in the summer as part of an amending finance bill (PLFR), thus ultimately bringing the total budget for 2022 to 2.4 billion.
It is therefore in fact an additional extension of only 200 million which is scheduled between 2022 and 2023.
