Digitize and optimize distribution activities
Co-founded in 2020 by Alexandre Huart, Félix Sportelli and Elie Gharios
three technology and supply chain experts, Klareo supports companies in managing their distribution, thanks to a high value-added omnichannel digital solution: Klareo Delivery.
Indeed, Klareo Delivery is a simple and modular SaaS solution, perfectly adapted to the business constraints of distribution.
It makes it possible to strengthen the punctuality and monitoring of deliveries, adapt flows to exponential and fluctuating demand and change distribution schemes and their ecological impact.
In addition, its cost is adapted to the constraints of logistics, since Klareo offers consumption-based and non-binding billing.
Four complementary management modules
The solution offers 4 (K)lar modules offering a complete and innovative range of services in the management of urban and extra-urban distribution:
this is a delivery planning and optimization manager.
Thanks to it, companies can plan operations instantly, adjust routes efficiently and facilitate the overall organization of resources.
it is a mobile application that optimizes the execution of deliveries and the real-time sharing of information on the progress of these, to provide a global vision of all operations, from the door of the supplier to that of the customer.
it provides operational management of urban hubs (relay points, lockers, pedestrian drives, stores, etc.).
Among its advantages: control of the logistics activity of an urban distribution network, centralization and sharing of information on the progress of deliveries and stocks.
focused on the analysis and consolidation of key performance indicators, it makes it possible to report the essential and personalized indicators to the client's activity, to easily detect the focus points to be taken in hand and to simulate and set up continuous improvement strategies.
Klareo Delivery and its various distribution management modules
A true distribution management ERP, Klareo likes to position itself as the strong arm of its customers.
The company has already collaborated with recognized groups such as Pickup and Leclerc.
Launched in 2021 in the city centers of major cities, the drives of Pickup, a subsidiary of La Poste, allow customers to collect all their e-commerce orders, food and non-food, and to deposit all their parcels in a unique place of proximity.
Thanks to functionalities designed for urban distribution centers, the K.Relay module has streamlined the management and control of the various incoming and outgoing flows of drives while providing consolidated visibility over the entire network.
Finally, the collaboration with the Leclerc group has also proven to be fruitful, as Sébastien Macherey, General Manager of Leclerc Chez Moi, says: "
By adopting Klareo Delivery, our customers now benefit from end-to-end visibility. end and in real time of the progress of their deliveries.
In addition, we managed to deploy new delivery strategies in less than 2 weeks in response to the strong increase in demand [related to health restrictions].
This was possible thanks to the flexibility of the solutions offered and the intuitiveness of the applications which enabled our users to take ownership of them in record time”.
