Today, the Swedish Maritime Administration issued an alert regarding two leaks in the Nord Stream 1 or Nord Stream 1 pipeline in Swedish and Danish waters.
Reuters quoted a spokesman for the administration as saying: "There are two leaks in the "Northern Stream 1", one in the Swedish economic zone, and the other in the Danish economic zone, and they are very close to each other."
The spokesman explained that the two leaks are located to the northeast of the Danish island of Bornholm, without giving details or information about their causes.
Nord Stream AG, the operator of the “North Stream 1” line, announced earlier today that it had recorded a decrease in pressure on the “North Stream 1” line, indicating that the reasons were being investigated.
