At 48, he was appointed this summer managing director France and Benelux of DXC Technology, an American group born in 2016 from the merger of Computer Sciences and a division of HP.
A new adventure that he approaches, as usual, like a construction site.
"We can always run a company in project mode, aiming not just for improvement but rather for (re)construction, which motivates employees all the more,"
he explains.
Get your hands dirty
A graduate of Polytechnique, Télécom Paris and Dauphine, Benjamin Revcolevschi started out at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on new technologies.
"For seven years, I learned to make sense of and mobilize teams
," says the man who then felt the need to take action.
In 2007, he joined Neuf Cegetel,
a "start-up of 3 billion euros"
, he smiles, in reference to the entrepreneurial spirit.
