Under the title “Participatory, not competitive,” the work of the Jordanian-Syrian Economic Forum, organized by the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, will be launched tomorrow, at Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.
Over the course of three days, the participants in the forum will discuss the prospects for joint cooperation in the economic, transport, shipping and logistics fields and industrial, agricultural and food cooperation between the two countries, in addition to presenting the capabilities of Jordanian companies and their opportunities for their work in the Syrian market in the fields of inter-trade, agencies, services, industry, the financial sector, insurance, contracting, construction and universities. and agriculture.
The forum also includes bilateral specialized meetings between Jordanian companies and Syrian businessmen, to discuss prospects for cooperation in the fields of renewable energies, information and communication technology, health care and medical tourism.
