Founded in 1985, UPS France employs more than 2,700 people.

Rob Burrows' successor, who had been in place since 2018, joined the group in 2009. Turkish-born Burak Kiliç was then a system development supervisor for Unsped-UPS ASC in his native country and the company was acquired by UPS.

Subsequently, he held the successive positions of Head of Industrial Engineering of Turkey in 2010, Director of Operations in the country, then Director of Industrial Engineering of the Eastern District.

He was promoted to Director of UPS Turkey in April 2018.
