Since the vote on the mobility orientation law (LOM) in 2019, the subject has regained some vigor, but it is struggling to take off due to a lack of resources and political will.
If the Head of State wants to give a boost to these provincial RERs to relieve congestion in large cities, particularly in the context of ecological transition, many questions remain unanswered.
