Bank Leumi today publishes the quarterly reports that reflect continued strong performance leading to a net profit of NIS 5.4 billion since the beginning of the year, NIS 1.9 billion of which - in the last quarter (the third of 2022).
The bank also presents a return on capital of 16.3% since the beginning of the year;
14.9% in the third quarter, an increase in the credit portfolio with growth of 17.9% since the beginning of the year, an efficiency ratio that is the best in the banking system: 39.1% in the third quarter and 39.5% in the first nine months of the year.
The fantastic profits are of course not lost on the shareholders either, who will receive an additional dividend, this time of NIS 356 million, for the third quarter, which adds up to a dividend of approximately NIS 1.6 billion since the beginning of the year.
